uhhh help me please!!! on photoshop, my 'Channels' tab is screwed. please tell me how to get it back to how it was before... (RGB etc...) its just grey. here's a quick screenshot of it.

You can either click the layers tab again, make a new file, or X out the gray RGB tab at the top. OR go to image>mode>and click RGB
